Returns
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We happily accept returns for a store credit simply if you change your mind in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached. We recommend inspecting your items before sending it back as we cannot accept any damaged or dirtied items.
All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, however we can provide you with a store credit note equivalent to the price of the item/s you purchased. Items purchased using a promo or discount code can be returned for a store credit only.
All orders will be inspected thoroughly before we provide a store credit. After inspecting returned items, you will receive an email with your store credit information.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
In the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty (has a hole, completely ripped), we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
- You notify us within 7 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to info@kinsein.com
- Your claim of the faults has been reviewed and approved by our staff.
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. However, if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
